At GT Omega, we stand by the quality of our ergonomic home office and gaming furniture. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and pack it securely in the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
